In the city of Tobyl, Kostanay region, a local resident chained his wife to the radiator, the press service of the police department of the region reports.
It is noted that the 44-year-old woman went to the police to file a complaint against her husband. She stated that at night, during a domestic conflict, her husband chained her leg to the heating radiator. The woman was forced to sit like this until the morning.
The detainee, in turn, said that he did this because of his wife's alcohol addiction. The man tied her up so that she would not leave at night.
