Zulfiya Amanzholova was appointed Kazakhstan's Special Representative on the Caspian Sea, according to the press service of Akorda.
The appointment was made by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, AKIpress reported.
Zulfiya Amanzholova is the Ambassador for Special Assignments of the Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
