The authorities of Kabardino-Balkaria will firmly oppose all attempts to violate socio-political stability, manifestations of nationalism and extremism in order to preserve interethnic and inter-regional harmony.
The relevant position was voiced today during the meeting of the Permanent Coordination Conference on Law Enforcement and the Council for Economic and Public Security of the Republic, the press service of the acting head and government of Kabardino-Balkaria reports.
The statement concerned the recent unrest in the rural settlements of Kendelen and Zayukovo, as well as the murder of the district police officer in the village of Atazhukino.
