In Crimea the possibility of building a direct Kerch-Simferopol railway line is being discussed, the head of the republic Sergey Aksenov said.
‘’At the moment this opportunity is being examined. A feasibility study for the construction of the branch is being performed. If there is a need, and it will be vital, then we will build a direct line to Simferopol," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
Speaking about the development of rail transport in the republic, Sergei Aksyonov also announced the imminent transformation of KrymZhD to FSUE.
