The Kerch Ferry has been temporarily closed due to a storm in the area, the press service of the Marine Directorate said.
"Due to the worsening of weather conditions the work of the Kerch ferry was temporarily suspended at 7:50am (MSK). The wind speed reached 21m/s. The work of the ferry will be resumed after improving of weather conditions.," Interfax cited the statement as saying.
According to weather forecasts, the storm will continue until 14 October. The Marine Directorate recommended to refrain from visiting Crimea now.
