US Secretary of State John Kerry and Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif have started negotiations on Iran's nuclear program in Vienna.
"John Kerry and Javad Zarif began the meeting. US Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz, EU's deputy secretary general for the external action service, Helga Schmid, Iranian deputy foreign minister Abbas Araghchi are also present," RIA Novosti cited the representative of the State Department, Marie Harf, as saying.
