Implementation of the nuclear deal with Iran is to start begin in the very near future, US Secretary of State John Kerry said.
"Just yesterday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs (of Iran) informed me that the plutonium reactor doesn't work anymore, and in the coming hours it is to be filled with concrete and destroyed,'' RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
In this regard, he expressed confidence that the parties will begin the implementation ''soon, maybe in the next few days."
