According to US Secretary of State John Kerry, the international community will not be able to receive real tools to inspect the Iranian nuclear program (INP) without a full agreement on this issue.
"There are only two options in the real world. Either an agreement guaranteeing that the Iranian nuclear program is under control, or there will be no inspections without an agreement," Kerry said, speaking at a hearing at the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives of the US Congress, RIA Novosti reports.
