US Secretary of State John Kerry has criticized the visit to Moscow of the head of the Iranian al-Quds special forces, Qassem Soleimani.
Moreover, in a conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the US Secretary of State expressed concern about the situation in Ukraine, the increase of attacks by militants and underlined the need for an immediate ceasefire.
