US Secretary of State John Kerry said in Davos that sanctions against Russia may be lifted within the next few months if the Minsk agreements are fulfilled.
“And I believe that with effort and with legitimate intent to solve the problem on both sides it is possible to implement the Minsk agreements in the next few months and to get to a place where sanctions can be removed,” RIA Novosti cited Kerry as saying.
