US Secretary of State John Kerry said after the meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov that talks on Syria and Ukraine were long but constructive.
He noted that the ceasefire regime in Syria no longer complied with and violations became a norm. He stressed the need to review the agreement.
