The judge of the Tbilisi Court Tamaz Urtmelidze has decided to grant 2 out of 7 requests of Kibar Khalvashi in the case of the transfer of the ownership of ‘Rustavi 2’, relating to renewal of shares and cancellation of the agreement. This statement was made by his lawyer Paata Salia.
