In a statement released today, the Russian Foreign Ministry accused the Ukrainian authorities of sabotaging the process of a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbas.
"By artificially maintaining constant tension on the contact line, the Ukrainian authorities are clearly trying to justify their sabotage of the implementation of the political aspects of the Minsk agreements," Interfax cites its text.
