Speaking at a reception at the US Embassy on the occasion of US Independence Day, the Georgian Prime Minister, Irakli Kobakhidze, spoke about relations between Tbilisi and Washington.
He noted that US-Georgian relations needed a reset. According to him, this is Tbilisi's desire.
In addition to this, the Prime Minister emphasized that Georgia was waiting for the US response in this direction.
Kobakhidze emphasized that in the coming year, it would be possible to see reciprocal steps that would improve ties. He added that both Washington and Tbilisi need this.
