Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan went to National Security Service on his own yesterday after the court made a decision on his arrest, attorney Hayk Alumyan told reporters, News.am reports.
Accoring to him, Kocharyan did not wait until the court sends the decision to the investigator for the latter to come after him and decided to go to the Yerevan-Kentron penitentiary in the NSS building.
