Kolokoltsov admits possible infringement of minority rights for sake of common good

According to Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, the authorities have a necessity to infringe minority rights for the common good in order to protect citizens, who can suffer from negative consequences.

"There should be a reasonable possibility and expediency of the choice between freedom and safety," he said.
