The head of the Federation Council international committee, Konstantin Kosachev, stated that the Vienna talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement means the readiness of Armenia and Azerbaijan to negotiate.
"Following the negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement in Vienna with the participation of representatives of the contact group countries, as well as, for the first time since the resumption of hostilities, the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan have admitted once again the thought of almost equal perception of the positions of the conflicting sides,'' he wrote in his blog on the FC website.
