The UN Security Council should discuss the shelling of the Syrian city of Aleppo, as the destabilization is in interest of the radical groups, who never joined a ceasefire, said the head of the Federation Council international committee Konstantin Kosachev.
"Information about the responsibility for the shelling is controversial I think that the Syrian government is not to blame, the destabilization of the situation is not in their interest." - Kosachev told RIA Novosti.
