The head of VTB, Andrey Kostin, believes that the sanctions against Russia will be in force for about two years, he stated at the forum in Davos.
"The improvement will happen for a number of reasons, we have a consistent policy on the part of the government and attempts to restore dialogue with the West. We see that Europe needs relations with Russia. In addition, perhaps the Obama administration wants to achieve results before it leaves," TASS quoted Kostin as saying.
