The Krasnodar administration is planning to receive a loan of 700 million rubles. These funds will be used to finance the budget deficit and repay the debts of the municipality.
The initial (maximum) contract price is 304.5 million rubles with a rate of 14.5% per annum.
Applications for participation can be sent until Saturday, September 19th. The results will be announced on September 25th.
