Krasnodar Territory leads the first stage of rankings of level of transparency of budgetary data for 2015.
The researchers evaluated the openness of budget data, the publication of information on the official site, the design and content of 'budgets for citizens', as well as the participation of citizens in discussions of issues related to the budget.
The rankings are made by the Research Institute of Finance (NIFI), together with the Center for Applied Economics commissioned by the Ministry of Finance of Russia, according to the media-portal YUGA.
