According to a Regional Directorate of the Investigation Committee of Russia, a man suspected of attempted murder in a stuck elevator has been arrested in Krasnodar.
On Sunday, the killer shot the victim in the stomach when they were in the elevator.
"The gun was defective, the bullet lost its speed, causing minor damage to the victim,’’ RIA Novosti cites representatives of the service.
Then the killer began to strangle the victim and she lost consciousness. When the victim regained consciousness, she began to call for help. The neighbors heard her screams and called the ambulance and police. After this the killer was detained,’’ the Investigative Committee reports.
