Russia would like negotiations with Ukraine to be more meaningful, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.
"I cannot go into detail but we are convinced that if these matters are made public now, it may impair the negotiating process, which is proceeding much more slowly and less substantively than we would like," he said.
He said Russia handed over draft documents to the Ukrainian side many days ago as part of the negotiation process, Kiev responded to some of them, but some are yet unanswered.
