Russian President's spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said that Vladimir Putin will have a telephone conversation with Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
"There are plans to talk", RIA Novosti quoted him.
It should be noted that Turkish President’s spokesperson had previously said that Erdoğan intended to voice Ankara’s proposals on Ukraine during Sunday talks with Putin.
