Sanctions against Russia wreak havoc in international affairs, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said, speaking at the Primakov Reading Forum.

The sanctions are "harmful for those who are punished, so to speak, and for those who punish," the Kremlin aide said. "It is even more deplorable that these sanctions wreak havoc in the complicated international political and economic affairs, undermine the WTO principles and so on," TASS cited him as saying.
Ushakov stressed that "Russia is not sulking", and is "willing to cooperate with practically everyone,"
