The decision of the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to step down in April does not demand immediate talks with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.
According to him, the contacts of the leaders take place all the time.
"He [Pashinyan] remains acting PM, therefore the announced decision does not require immediate discussions," Peskov said.
In addition, the spokesman added that the leaders of the two countries "have recently communicated, the contacts are permanent."
