Russia does not expect foreign leaders to arrive in Moscow to celebrate the Victory Day, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
Earlier, he said that the Kremlin did not invite any heads of state on Victory Day in 2019 on the purpose.
"No," answered Peskov when asked whether foreign leaders would visit Moscow on May 9, RIA Novosti reports.
