Krasnodar Territory celebrates the Day of the Kuban Cossacks.
Events in honor of the 319th anniversary of the Kuban Cossack Army and the 25th anniversary of the revival of the Kuban Cossacks, which were attended by the governor of Kuban, Veniamin Kondratyev, the Ataman of the Kuban Cossack troops, the acting Vice-Governor, Nikolai Doluda, the head of Krasnodar Territory, as well as representatives of public organizations, cadets and Cossack delegations from the United States and the Czech Republic, took place in the village of Poltavskaya, the YUGA news portal reports.
A march of Cossack divisions, in which about six thousand Cossacks, cadets and students of the Cossack class were united and marched, was held during the celebration.
