The Day of Livestock is celebrated today in the Krasnodar Territory.
The solemn event dedicated to the holiday was attended by the head of the region, Veniamin Kondratyev, the member of the Federation Council of Russia, Vladimir Beketov, the speaker of the regional parliament, Yury Burlachko.
Kondratyev congratulated the breeders on the first professional holiday and thanked them for their work. He noted that livestock production in the Kuban and Russia as a whole has experienced many difficulties, but today the industry has received a second wind.
