A resident of the Yeisk District appealed to the law enforcement agency with a statement about arson. According to him, someone threw a self-made torch into the open window of his house, the Main Office of the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnodar Territory reported.
The arsonist was a relative of the landlord, who was thus going to oust the tenants.
The criminal proceedings were brought in this matter, the culprit is threatened with maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to five years, Zhivaya Kuban reports.
