Kuban voters became less active after 11-year break

Only 6.57% of voters have taken part in voting for candidates for governor of Krasnodar Territory in the first two hours, the regional electoral commission reports.

The current levels of turnout are lower than those observed by 10:00 on March 14th 2004, when the previous gubernatorial elections were held in Krasnodar Territory.
