Kudrin: Autumn is to become a period of layoffs for Russians

Former Finance Minister Alexey Kudrin has assumed that social well-being of citizens will be difficult this autumn, as it is a traditional period of layoffs. 

According to Kudrin, the main difference of the current crisis from the crisis in 2008-2009 is a "serious decline in the real incomes of the population." So, he assumes that they will fall by 7-10%. At the same time, there is a possible increase in the number of unemployed now, RIA Novosti reports.
