Former Finance Minister Alexey Kuprin has assumed that the Russian economy is at the bottom.
"The GDP has probably reached the bottom, although we discussed it at the end of the first quarter and at the end of the second one. I pointed out that we would experience this. Apparently, now we are at the lowest level," he said in an interview.
Kudrin predicts that the Russian economy will be showing minimum statistical values for a long period of time, RIA Novosti reports.
