The head of the Center for Strategic Research, Alexei Kudrin, believes that in the detention of the Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev is raising too many questions.
"The case of Rosneft-Ulyukayev is rsising too many questions. The objective inquiry is needed," he wrote on his Twitter page.
