Former Russian Finance Minister Alexey Kudrin has announced his forecast for Russia's budget deficit for 2016 on the sidelines of the Davos forum.
"With the oil price of $30 per barrel the budget deficit will be 6% of GDP, or even more," RBC cites Kudrin as saying.
