Kvirikashvili meets Tusk

Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili held a meeting with the chairman of the European Council Donald Tusk in Brussels. This meeting was the first event in the framework of the visit of the Georgian Prime Minister to the EU, the press service of the government reported.

The meeting raised issues of abolition of the visa regime with the EU for citizens of Georgia, as well as the implementation of reforms within the framework of the Association Agreement with the EU, Georgia-Online writes.

The Prime Minister expressed gratitude to the chairman of the European Council for his constant support and expressed hope that a visa-free regime for citizens of Georgia will be introduced in the near future.
