Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili stated that in order to carry out the meetings and direct dialogue with the President of the Russian Federation there should be certain conditions, TASS reports.
"We aim to end the deadlock in relations with Russia, we are taking steps to restore and develop cooperation in trade, transport, humanitarian field," he said.
