Kyrgyz President awards Manas order to Putin

President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atamabayev awarded a high state order of Manas of first degree to Russian President Vladimir Putin for outstanding contribution to strengthening of strategic partnership and development of alliance between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation, the press service of the Kyrgyz President reported.
