Iranian Majlis speaker Ali Larijani has condemned Western countries for delaying the implementation of the agreement on Tehran's nuclear program.
"While Iran has fulfilled all of its obligations under the nuclear deal, the other side has still not fulfilled its obligations fully," Trend quoted him as saying.
According to Larijani, sanctions against Iran in the banking sector have not been removed fully.
