The current high jump world and European champion, Russian Maria Lasitskene became the best at the international tournament in Slovakia. She showed a result of 2.00 m.
Italian Alessia Trost became second(1.94), the bronze medal went to the representative of Sweden, Sofi Skog (1.90).
Lasitskene is a two-time world champion. Last year, she won all the major high jumping starts, in which she participated, including the World Championship in Birmingham, the summer European Championship in Berlin, the final of the Diamond League and the Continental Cup of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), TASS reports.
