According to the head office of the National Council on Television and Radio (NCTR) Azerbaijan, Togrul Mammadov, Azerbaijan is to fully switch to digital television by the end of the year.
All the necessary measures have already been taken.
"The Ministry of Communications and High Technologies has solved all the problem entrusted to it. All the work has been technically completed. Baku completed the process of laying the cable network, which is already in use. The capital of Azerbaijan won’t have any problems with the transition to digital broadcasting,’’ Trend cites Mammadov.
