Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Moscow and Yerevan are completing the preparation of a document that will rule out the presence of foreign military forces in Armenia.
"And that everything that’s done there will be transparent, from the viewpoint of guarantees for the absence of threats and risks," News.am cited Lavrov as saying.
