Russia will protect its sovereignty under any circumstances, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a meeting with representatives of Russia’s NGOs.
"Attempts to influence our policy, stance, foreign and domestic, are futile," he stressed. "Our country can protect its sovereignty and citizens’ rights under any circumstances," TASS cited Lavrov as saying.
