Relations between Moscow and Washington are in a 'stand-by mode' for now as the US administration is still in its nascent formation stage, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at the Military Academy of the General Staff.
"Our American colleagues, the new administration so far has not filled all available posts at the Department of State, the Department of Commerce and other agencies. Consequently, we are now in "stand-by mode," TASS cited Lavrov as saying.
