Foreign Ministers of Russia and Turkmenistan, Sergey Lavrov and Rashid Meredov, held phone talks today.
During the talks they discussed a number of issues related to the development of Russian-Turkmen relations, and also verified dates of bilateral contacts at the highest levels.
