No one has offered the Russian authorities any transactions with respect to foreign issues in exchange for concessions on the Iranian nuclear dossier, and even if such proposals were received, Moscow responded to them with refusals. This statement was made by the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a meeting of the international club ‘Trialogue’.
"With regard to possible transactions or exchanges on issues not directly related to the Iranian talks, my answer is no. Nothing like this was offered by the United States. Moreover, I do not think they, in principle, can offer something like this, and we, in principle, cannot consider something like that," TASS quotes the minister as saying.
