Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the Russian delegation is aimed at constructive dialogue on Syria at the meeting in Vienna.
"Our attitude is always constructive," RIA Novosti cited Lavrov as saying.
On October 23 the foreign ministers of the United States, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Turkey will hold a meeting in Vienna.
