Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Friday began their talks in Geneva aimed at defusing the Ukraine crisis.
The two sides are expected to discuss further steps regarding Moscow’s security guarantee proposals.
Both Blinken and Lavrov will address reporters after their two-hour talks.
