A telephone conversation between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and the Secretary of State John Kerry took place today, during which the parties discussed the Syrian issue.
"The development of exchange of views held in Vienna yesterday was continued by a discussion of the problems of the organization of the political process between the Government of Syria and the joint delegation of the Syrian opposition to ensure a truly representative external support of these efforts, using the potential of all the leading regional states", Gazeta.ru quotes the message posted on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
