Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his US counterpart John Kerry have discussed the delivery of aid to the civilian population of Syria, the press secretary of the US Department of State, John Kirby, said.
It is reported that Lavrov and Kerry also talked about the course of the negotiations in Geneva on how to develop the ‘modalities’ of the cessation of hostilities. "These are conditions that are not fully harmonized, but both ministers appreciated the scope and attention to detail of the group members of their [modalities] compilation," the representative of the US Department of State said.
